How do you convert your Macquarie bank statement to Excel?
When a Macquarie bank statement is saved as a PDF, ExtractPro turns it into an Excel file (.xlsx) holding one transaction per row, with date, description and amount (and the balance, when the statement shows it), and amounts that behave as numbers. Macquarie’s help centre explains that, depending on the account, “you can view past statements from the last 2-10 years.” Statements come from Macquarie Online Banking through the I want to menu, and a transaction search can be saved as .CSV or .QIF. For business accounts, Macquarie notes that its CSV export leaves out opening and closing balances, adding: “For a more detailed record, please refer to your PDF statement.” Macquarie’s site is macquarie.com.au.
