Convert your bank statement to Excel for bank reconciliation
Got a PDF statement from an Australian bank? The latest one, an older one or one a client sent you: ExtractPro turns it into an Excel file where every transaction has its own row.
Secure
Your bank statements aren't shared with anyone and are encrypted in transit. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser. How we handle your files
Built for firms
For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.
Accurate
We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.
Process
How it works
From your bank statement to an Excel file with one transaction per row, in 3 steps and without re-typing a single transaction.
Upload your statement
The PDF or Excel file of your bank statement. Nothing to install.
We organise it
Each transaction gets its date, description and amount in separate columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it).
Download the Excel file
With amounts as numbers, for bank reconciliation in your spreadsheet or accounting software.
What your Excel file contains
You upload the PDF of your bank statement and download an .xlsx file with the transactions for the period.
One transaction per row
Each transaction on the statement gets its own row, with date, description and amount.
Amounts as numbers
Amounts come out as numbers, so you can add them up or filter them.
Dates as dates
Dates come out as Excel dates, so you can sort or filter by period.
Your file is not shared
We process the file and keep a copy for a limited time for support and to improve conversion; it isn't shared with anyone.
