How to download a Bendigo Bank e-Statement

Bendigo Bank e-Statements download as PDF copies from e-banking or the app and stay for seven years on open accounts. The four steps and the 18-month download.

Convert your Bendigo Bank statement to Excel for free

Bendigo Bank calls them e-Statements, and each one arrives as a PDF copy in e-banking or the Bendigo Bank app. ExtractPro converts that copy to Excel. What follows: the steps, the seven-year window for open accounts and where the 18-month transaction download fits.

Four steps to a PDF copy

Bendigo Bank’s e-Statements support page opens with “You can access PDF copies of your statements online in e-banking or Bendigo Bank app” and goes on: “Select the account on the Accounts screen · Select the Statements tab · Select the statement you want to view · A PDF copy of your statement will be downloaded · Statements for open accounts are available in e-banking for up to seven years.” Source: Bendigo Bank, e-Statements, www.bendigobank.com.au/support/e-banking/e-statements/, accessed 7 October 2026.

  1. 1Log in to Bendigo Bank e-banking or the Bendigo Bank app and select the account on the Accounts screen.
  2. 2Open the Statements tab.
  3. 3Select the statement you want to view.
  4. 4A PDF copy of the statement is downloaded: upload that file to ExtractPro.

Eighteen months of downloadable transactions

From the Activity tab, Bendigo Bank offers a transaction download with a limit: “Select the date range you want to download – the past 18 months is available”. The formats run from CSV Standard Format to BAI2 Format. For anything outside that range, the bank sends you back to the statements: “To view transactions that are not available for download, you can access your statements online in e-banking.”

Upload the PDF copy and ExtractPro hands back an .xlsx: each transaction on a row of its own, with date, description and amount in columns (balance included when the e-Statement shows it), and the amounts kept as numbers.

Then hold the spreadsheet up against the e-Statement: same closing balance, same number of transactions. Bendigo Bank’s page on ExtractPro:

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Statements tab in Bendigo Bank e-banking?

Inside the account: select it on the Accounts screen and open the Statements tab. Choosing a statement there downloads its PDF copy.

How long do Bendigo Bank e-Statements stay available?

Up to seven years for open accounts, in e-banking. That is the period Bendigo Bank gives on its e-Statements page.

Should I use the Bendigo Bank transaction download or the e-Statement?

The transaction download covers the past 18 months. For older transactions, or a statement a client passes on, the e-Statement PDF is what goes into ExtractPro.
