Take your bank statement to Excel and reconcile the account line by line
Add a statement from your account in the United Arab Emirates, a recent one or an older one, as a PDF or an Excel file, and get back a workbook that gives every transaction a row of its own.
Secure
Your bank statements aren't shared with anyone and are encrypted in transit. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser. How we handle your files
Built for firms
For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.
Accurate
We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.
Process
How it works
From a bank statement to an Excel workbook with a row for every transaction, in 3 steps and without keying in a single line.
Upload your statement
The PDF or Excel file of your bank statement. Nothing to install.
We lay it out
Each transaction gets its date, description and amount in separate columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it).
Download the Excel file
Amounts come out as numbers, ready for bank reconciliation in a spreadsheet or in your accounting software.
What your Excel file contains
Upload the bank statement as a PDF or an Excel file and download an .xlsx workbook with the transactions for the period.
One transaction per row
Each transaction on the statement gets its own row, with date, description and amount.
Amounts as numbers
Amounts come out as numbers, so you can add them up or filter them.
Dates as dates
Dates come out as Excel dates, so you can sort or filter by period.
Your file is not shared
We process the file and keep a copy for a limited time for support and to improve conversion; it isn't shared with anyone.

ExtractPro starts from the statement file you already hold, and these are the routes that three UAE banks describe in their own help pages. Emirates NBD’s e-Statements page says “Your e-Statement will be sent in PDF format to your registered email address in our records.” For business customers, Emirates NBD’s businessONLINE guide gives the steps “Click on Account Services”, “Double click on the account for which you would like to view the statement” and “To view statements for another period, select a date range from the drop-down menu”, then “Click on Go” and “To export the statement in PDF, click on the PDF icon”. On ADCB’s e-statement page, the Internet Banking steps include “Select your Account, then select the 'Specific Period' option” and “Click on 'PDF Download' to download the digitally stamped statement”, and the Mobile Banking steps include “Tap on 'Download Statement' and select file format”. In Dubai Islamic Bank’s Online Banking guide, the steps are “Click on 'Menu' and select 'Statement'” and “Click on the PDF icon to download the statement”. Upload the statement you have, as a PDF or an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls), and download an Excel file with one transaction per row.
