Convert your bank statements to Excel in your accounting software’s format
Upload your bank’s PDF and we’ll get it ready for QuickBooks or Xero. Fully automatic, reconciled to the cent — no re-typing a single transaction.
Secure
We handle your files to strict standards: statements are processed in memory and discarded when done. Nothing is stored or shared.
Built for firms
Made for accounting firms, finance teams and professionals who need precision and reliable formats at every close.
Accurate
We keep improving our parsers. If a file doesn’t convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we’ll fix it.
Process
How it works
From your bank statement to an import-ready Excel, in 3 steps. And before we hand it over, we check that the math adds up.
Upload your statement
Your bank’s PDF. Nothing to install.
We organize it
We identify the bank by the document’s signature (every parser tested against real statements) and lay everything out in clean columns: date, description, debit, credit and balance.
Download the Excel
Ready to import into QuickBooks or Xero. Without touching a number.
We verify, we don’t just convert
We review every statement. If the numbers don’t add up, we don’t hand it over.
Balances to the cent
Opening balance + transactions = closing balance, against the statement totals.
Balance chain
Each balance follows the previous one, with no broken numbers.
Cross-checked with the original
Every amount in the Excel exists in your file.
Bank totals
The sum matches the statement totals.
Nothing is lost
No transaction from the period is missing.
If it doesn’t add up, we don’t ship it
If something doesn’t reconcile, we block it and fix it.
Your data isn’t stored
We process the file in memory. Once the Excel is generated, we discard the original PDF. Zero storage.
Testimonials
What accountants say
Bookkeepers and accountants across the US who stopped re-typing transactions by hand.
It used to take me a couple of hours to get a statement into Excel. Now I upload it and a minute later it’s ready to reconcile in QuickBooks.
Ashley Bennett
🇺🇸 New York
What I value most is that it balances to the cent. I checked it against the Chase statement transaction by transaction and there wasn’t a single difference.
Michael Torres
🇺🇸 Los Angeles
I handle clients with accounts at Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo and it converts every statement with the same columns, no adjusting.
Jessica Carter
🇺🇸 Chicago
The Excel comes out import-ready: debit, credit and balance in the order I need, with no odd symbols to clean up.
David Nguyen
🇺🇸 Houston
At month-end close it’s a lifesaver. I upload the PDF, download the Excel and keep reconciling without slowing down.
Emily Rodriguez
🇺🇸 Miami
It’s one of those tools you use and wonder how you did without it. It saves the whole firm hours of data entry.
