Put the bank statement your client sends to Excel and reconcile it row by row
Statements from a Malaysian current or savings account arrive period by period, and each bank only goes back so far. Upload the ones you hold, as a PDF or an Excel file, and ExtractPro lays out each transaction on a row of its own.
Secure
Your bank statements aren't shared with anyone and are encrypted in transit. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser. How we handle your files
Built for firms
For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.
Accurate
We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.
Process
How it works
One statement per period, one workbook per statement: in 3 steps and without re-typing a single transaction.
Upload your statement
Your bank statement as a PDF or an Excel file, from this period or an earlier one. Nothing to install.
We lay it out in columns
Every line of the statement becomes a row, with a column each for date, description and amount (and the balance, when the statement shows it).
Download the Excel file
Amounts are numbers and dates are dates, so the file is ready for your reconciliation, in a spreadsheet or in your accounting software.
What your Excel file contains
Whatever period the statement covers, an .xlsx workbook comes back with its transactions, one to a row.
One transaction per row
Each transaction on the statement gets its own row, with date, description and amount.
Amounts as numbers
Amounts come out as numbers, so you can add them up or filter them.
Dates as dates
Dates come out as Excel dates, so you can sort or filter by period.
Your file is not shared
We process the file and keep a copy for a limited time for support and to improve conversion; it isn't shared with anyone.
