How do you convert your AmBank bank statement to Excel?

AmBank’s site is ambank.com.my, and its FAQ on current and savings accounts says “You can view and download your eStatement for up to 12 months.”

Yes. AmBank’s page “View and access your eStatement on AmOnline!” says “eStatement is an electronic version of your AmBank/AmBank Islamic account statements.” The eStatement you download goes in as it is, and the Excel file returns one transaction per row with the amounts as numbers.
