Convert your bank statement to Excel for bank reconciliation
Pick the statement you have, the latest or an earlier one, and upload it to ExtractPro as a PDF or an Excel file. You get back an Excel file with every transaction from your Singapore bank in its own row.
Secure
Your bank statements aren't shared with anyone and are encrypted in transit. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser. How we handle your files
Built for firms
For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.
Accurate
We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.
Process
How it works
From your bank statement to an Excel file with one transaction per row, in 3 steps and without re-typing a single transaction.
Upload your statement
The PDF or Excel file of your bank statement. Nothing to install.
We organise it
Each transaction gets its date, description and amount in separate columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it).
Download the Excel file
With amounts as numbers, for bank reconciliation in your spreadsheet or accounting software.
What your Excel file contains
You upload your bank statement, as a PDF or an Excel file, and download an .xlsx file with the transactions for the period.
One transaction per row
Each transaction on the statement gets its own row, with date, description and amount.
Amounts as numbers
Amounts come out as numbers, so you can add them up or filter them.
Dates as dates
Dates come out as Excel dates, so you can sort or filter by period.
Your file is not shared
We process the file and keep a copy for a limited time for support and to improve conversion; it isn't shared with anyone.

For DBS Singapore, log in to digibank Online, complete the authentication process, then under “eDocuments” on Home click to view the latest eStatement or click “Show All”, select “eStatements” and filter by statement type and year; DBS says the eStatement is in PDF format. POSB uses the same digibank steps, but there is no eStatement for the POSB Passbook Savings account, and POSB Savings and MySavings accounts get none for a month without transactions, except December. For OCBC Singapore, in the OCBC app tap the “More” icon, scroll down to “Documents – Statements & Letters” and tap “View documents”, or in OCBC Internet Banking click “View accounts” > “Documents”, then “View documents”. OCBC says its eStatements are in PDF format. For UOB, in the UOB TMRW app log in, tap “Services” > “eStatements”, then tap the account you wish to view. For HSBC Singapore, log on to the HSBC Singapore app, select the account on Home and select “View statements”, then press the share icon at the top right to download the PDF version of the statement. For Maybank Singapore, in Maybank2u Online Banking click “…” on any account on your dashboard, select “View eStatement”, choose the type of eStatement and the month and click the download button; Maybank says in its app FAQ that the eStatement appears in PDF format. For Standard Chartered Singapore, go to “View eStatements/eAdvices” in the Services tab of its app, choose “Latest Statement/Advices” or “Past Statement” and click the “download” button beside the statement you want. If what you downloaded is a PDF or an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls), upload it to ExtractPro and you get back an Excel file with one transaction per row.
