How do you convert your POSB bank statement to Excel?
A POSB eStatement is a file ExtractPro can turn into an Excel file (.xlsx), with a row for each transaction and the date, description and amount in their own columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it). POSB’s help page says “eStatement is currently not available for POSB Passbook Saving account.” POSB is a brand of DBS Bank Ltd, uses the same digibank as DBS, and is at posb.com.sg.
How to find your POSB eStatement under eDocuments in digibank mobile
- Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID and PIN.
- Tap More at the bottom of the navigation bar.
- Under Quick Access or Other Services, tap eDocuments.
- Tap eStatement to view your latest statement, then filter by statement type and year to search for the one you want.
- Tap the download icon to view the statement.

No. POSB’s help page says “eStatement is currently not available for POSB Passbook Saving account.” A Passbook Savings account therefore has no POSB eStatement to upload.

Not for a POSB Savings or MySavings account, except in December. The eStatement help of DBS Bank Ltd, the entity behind POSB, says: “For POSB Savings and POSB MySavings accounts - no eStatements will be generated if there are no transactions for the month with the exception of the year-end (Dec) eStatement.”
