FAQ

About OCBC Singapore statements

01

Is an eStatement from the OCBC app something ExtractPro can read?

Yes. An OCBC Singapore eStatement is a PDF, and ExtractPro returns it as an Excel sheet with every transaction on its own row.

02

How many years of OCBC eStatements can I see, and does that change?

It grows each year. OCBC says: “From July 2026, have three years’ worth of past documents at your fingertips. This will increase to seven years over time.” Its timeline continues with “2027: Up to four years’ worth” and “2028: Up to five years’ worth”.

03

Will OCBC still email my eStatement?

Not after 30 June 2026. OCBC says: “From 30 June 2026, conveniently view all electronic documents (e.g. eStatements and eLetters) via the OCBC app and Internet Banking; we will no longer send them to you via email.” The eStatement you open in the OCBC app or Internet Banking is the one to upload.
