FAQ

About Standard Chartered Singapore statements

01

Does ExtractPro take a Standard Chartered Singapore eStatement?

Yes. Upload the Standard Chartered eStatement as it is; if it asks for a password, you type it when uploading and the file unlocks in your browser, so there is nothing to remove beforehand. The Excel file you get back has each transaction on a row of its own.

02

How does Standard Chartered Singapore deliver an eStatement?

By email, with a password. Standard Chartered Singapore’s online eStatements page says an email notification comes “together with your password-protected eStatement/ eAdvice”, sent “to your last updated email address”.

03

Does Standard Chartered Singapore offer a CSV file of transactions?

It does. Standard Chartered Singapore’s FAQ says to click the “Download CSV file” button to keep the transactions in a spreadsheet. That is a download of transactions; the eStatement is a separate document, and it is the one ExtractPro converts.
