Month by month, the bank statement your client holds to Excel and into your ledger

In Trinidad and Tobago, a chequing or savings account reaches your desk statement by statement. Whatever your client sends, as a PDF or an Excel file, comes back from ExtractPro as a workbook with one transaction to a row.

Secure

Your bank statements aren't shared with anyone and are encrypted in transit. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser. How we handle your files

Built for firms

For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.

Accurate

We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.

Process

How it works

Your client sends a file; you get rows. Three steps, and no transaction typed in by hand.

01

Upload your statement

Drop in the file your client sent you, a PDF or an Excel file. No installation needed.

02

We set it out in columns

The columns are date, description and amount, plus the balance when the statement shows it, and each transaction sits on a row of its own.

03

Download the Excel file

Open the .xlsx file and sort, filter or total it like any spreadsheet: amounts are numbers and dates are dates. Use it in your reconciliation or in your accounting software.

What your Excel file contains

The workbook you download holds the transactions of the statement you sent in, laid down one per row.

One transaction per row

Each transaction on the statement gets its own row, with date, description and amount.

Amounts as numbers

Amounts come out as numbers, so you can add them up or filter them.

Dates as dates

Dates come out as Excel dates, so you can sort or filter by period.

Your file is not shared

We process the file and keep a copy for a limited time for support and to improve conversion; it isn't shared with anyone.
