Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago’s help pages give two routes to a statement: Scotia OnLine in a browser, with a button for the PDF, and the Scotia Caribbean App, which lists deposit statements by month. This guide follows the browser route, the note on pop-ups, the app route and the line on what Scotia OnLine costs.

In Scotia OnLine

The page How to view your e-statement | Trinidad & Tobago is laid out as five steps. Step 1 sends you to the sign-in page, where the instruction is “enter your username, password and then click "sign in".” The third heading is “Step 3 - Select "Statements"”, and the fourth step carries the download: “Click on the "View" button to view your statement from those available or download by checking the box to the left of the month, then clicking on the "Download PDF"button.” Source: How to view your e-statement | Trinidad & Tobago, tt.scotiabank.com/about-scotiabank/connect-with-scotiabank/ways-to-bank-personal/online-banking/how-to-view-your-estatement.html, accessed 14 October 2026.

  1. 1Go to Scotia OnLine, enter your username and password, and click “sign in”.
  2. 2On the dashboard or account page, select the account you want.
  3. 3Click the “Statements” tab located below your account summary.
  4. 4Tick the box to the left of the month, then click the “Download PDF” button.
  5. 5If the e-statement does not appear, choose to “always allow” pop-ups from Scotia OnLine and select the month again.

If the e-statement does not appear

Step 5 deals with browsers. It says “Most modern web browsers have a pop-up window blocker built in. If your e-statement does not appear, you will have to choose to "always allow" pop-ups from Scotia OnLine and then select the month again.” Source: How to view your e-statement | Trinidad & Tobago, tt.scotiabank.com/about-scotiabank/connect-with-scotiabank/ways-to-bank-personal/online-banking/how-to-view-your-estatement.html, accessed 14 October 2026.

In the Scotia Caribbean App

The app has a page of its own, with a section on deposit account statements. It sends you to the end of the account details: “In your account details, scroll to the end and tap "View statements".” On the length of the list it says “On the statements page, select the month for which you'd like to view your statement. You can view your deposit account statements for up to 13 months.” And for keeping a copy: “You can now view your deposit account statement and use the share button to save to your device or email to yourself.” Source: How-to view your e-statements | Trinidad and Tobago, tt.scotiabank.com/about-scotiabank/connect-with-scotiabank/ways-to-bank-personal/mobile-banking-and-mobile-banking-app/how-to-view-your-e-statements-from-the-scotia-caribbean-app.html, accessed 14 October 2026.

From the Scotia OnLine PDF to Excel

The PDF that the Download PDF button saves, or a statement from a client, is ready to upload. ExtractPro answers with an .xlsx workbook, one transaction to a row, the date, description and amount each in a column, numeric amounts, and a balance column when the statement shows one.

Afterwards, hold the workbook against the statement: do the row count and the transactions listed agree, and does the last balance equal the closing one, if the statement prints it? Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago has a page on ExtractPro:
