Republic Bank’s pages on statements cover three things: how to get an e-statement out of RepublicOnline, what the bank says about paper for personal customers, and how far back business users of Corporate Republic Online can look. This guide takes them in that order, in the bank’s own words, and ends with the step to Excel.

In RepublicOnline, on a desktop or laptop

The bank’s guide, Viewing/printing e-statement on RepublicOnline, begins “Login to your RepublicOnline account on any desktop or laptop computer.” For the e-statement itself it says “Click the menu for the e-statement you want to view/print (three dots indicated by the red arrow in the image below).” The guide’s last step is “Download File”. 1. 1Log in to RepublicOnline on a desktop or laptop computer, click “My Products” and select the account, or click the account directly from the “Home” screen.
  2. 2Click “Statements”.
  3. 3Click the menu (the three dots) for the e-statement you want to view or print.
  4. 4Click “Download File”.

What the bank says about paper

The page titled We're going paperless says “we would no longer be providing paper statements to our personal customers”. It points to the two places where the e-statements are kept: “You can sign up for Republic Online or download the Republic Mobile App to view your e-statements at your convenience.” Source: We're going paperless | Republic Bank, republictt.com/we-are-going-paperless, accessed 14 October 2026.

On the platform, the RepublicOnline page says “Effective July 5, 2021, our Republic Online platform was upgraded for all Personal Banking customers.” For personal banking it lists what Republic Online and Republic Mobile do, and eStatements are on that list: “You can use Republic Online and Republic Mobile to: View Account Balances Transaction history eStatements”. The window that belongs to business users

The same page has a section of its own for business users, introduced by “Our new Corporate Republic Online gives business users the freedom to:”. For business users, one item in it is “View and download account statements for the last 18 months”. The business FAQ there asks “How far back does the statement history go?” and answers “Your statement history will show your last 12 statements. The time covered by your last 12 statements depends on the frequency of your statements.” These figures are Corporate Republic Online’s, a business banking service. From the Republic Bank e-statement to Excel

What goes into ExtractPro is the file that RepublicOnline saves at Download File, or one a client has sent over. What comes back is an .xlsx workbook: each transaction sits in its own row, dates, descriptions and amounts have columns to themselves, amounts are numbers rather than text, and a balance column is added when the statement shows one.

Two checks are worth the minute: count the rows against the transactions listed, and read the last balance against the closing balance, if the statement prints one. Republic Bank has a page on ExtractPro:
