How to download an ADCB bank statement
ADCB Internet Banking steps for the digitally stamped statement, the Mobile Banking steps, the monthly e-statement and the fee for a statement outside the cycle.
ADCB describes two routes to a statement, Internet Banking on the web and Mobile Banking in the app. This guide follows each in the bank’s wording, then the protection on the monthly e-statement and the fee table for a statement outside the cycle.
Internet Banking: the digitally stamped statement
The bank’s e-statement page is headed “Simple Steps To Download The ADCB E-statement”, and its Internet Banking tab closes with “STEP 3: Click on 'PDF Download' to download the digitally stamped statement”. - 1Log in to ADCB Personal Internet Banking and go to “Account Statement” under Accounts, in the left-hand menu.
- 2Select your account, then the “Specific Period” option, fill in the period you want and click “Submit”.
- 3Click “PDF Download” to download the digitally stamped statement.
Mobile Banking: the app steps
The app tab of the same page has three steps of its own: “STEP 1: Log in to Mobile Banking, then tap on ‘Accounts&Deposits’ on home screen, choose the account and select ‘Services’”, then “STEP 2: Tap on ‘E-statement’ on services section, select date range along with transaction details” and finally “STEP 3: Tap on ‘Download Statement’ and select file format and you can download it to your device or send it out via messaging or mailing apps”. The monthly e-statement and its protection
Besides the steps, the page says “The ADCB e-statements are sent to your registered email address every month.” and “Our free service is backed by robust encryption and is always password protected.” Among its benefits it lists “Complimentary digitally bank stamped” and “Free of charge”. When the file asks for a password, type that password at the upload step and the file is unlocked in your browser. What a statement outside the cycle costs
ADCB’s personal banking schedule of fees (“Effective 30th September, 2025.”) has an “Account Services” table with the columns “Aspire”, “Privilege” and “Excellency”. The row “Statement of Account (per cycle)/ Estatement” reads “Free” under each of the three. The row “Statement of Account (outside the cycle)” reads “AED 26.25 per month (maximum of AED 105 per request)” under “Aspire”, “AED 26.25 per request” under “Privilege” and “Free” under “Excellency”. From the ADCB statement to Excel
Whichever route produced the file, send it to ExtractPro unchanged. You receive an .xlsx with every transaction on a row, date, description and amount in their own columns, numeric amounts, and the balance too when the statement shows it.
Match the workbook to the original before it goes anywhere: the same count of transactions, and the same closing balance when the statement prints one. ADCB has a page on ExtractPro:

Frequently asked questions
Does ADCB stamp the statement it downloads?
In the bank’s words, the Internet Banking step ends “Click on 'PDF Download' to download the digitally stamped statement”. ExtractPro gives you a separate Excel file, so the stamped statement stays as the bank produced it.
Which ADCB file do I upload if I use the app?
ADCB’s step reads “Tap on ‘Download Statement’ and select file format and you can download it to your device or send it out via messaging or mailing apps”. The file you end up with needs to be a PDF or an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls) for ExtractPro to read it.
What if the ADCB e-statement is locked?
ADCB says the monthly e-statement is “always password protected”. Enter the password your file asks for at the upload step; the file is unlocked in your browser and the Excel file comes back as usual.
