How do you convert your Westpac NZ bank statement to Excel?
If a Westpac NZ statement is a PDF, ExtractPro converts it into an Excel file (.xlsx), a row per transaction, with the date, description and amount apart in columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it). In Westpac One online banking you pick the account on the Accounts screen and “Select Download statements if you’re using a computer or laptop”; in the app you use “the three dots next to the account name, then Download statements”. Westpac says “Digital statements have the same information as paper statements”. The bank is at westpac.co.nz.
