- On the menu, go to “Deposits” and choose the deposit account.
- Under the Transaction History, click “Download Statement”.

- Pick PDF from the file types “PDF or CSV”.
- Your eSOA will be downloaded.

Yes. The help page says “The option to download the eSOA is also available on the Metrobank App.” On the web the first step is “On the menu, go to Deposits, then choose the deposit account for which you want to download the statement.”

The Digital Banking page links a sample, “Refer to the sample eSOA for reference.”, a PDF whose columns read “DATE DESCRIPTION CHECK NO DEBIT CREDIT BALANCE” and whose dates look like “08/30/2024”. To open an eSOA the page gives this rule: “The file is password-protected. You can open your eSOA by entering your password in this format: your last name in lowercase letters combined with the last four digits of your account (e.g. manipol6933).” When a Metrobank PDF asks for that password, you enter the password when you upload it.

On its page “Discontinuance of Printed SOA | Metrobank” the bank writes “Discontinuance of printed SOAs will start on August 1, 2024 and will be implemented in batches.” and then “You may still request for printed SOA for a fee through your branch of account via the following options:”, which puts a printed copy at the branch.
