Built for firms

For accountants and bookkeepers who reconcile accounts every month: one transaction per row and the same columns every time.

We keep improving how each bank converts. If a file doesn't convert the way you expected, email us at support@extractpro.app and we'll fix it.

How do you convert your Mashreq bank statement to Excel?

ExtractPro turns a Mashreq statement into an Excel file (.xlsx): a row for each transaction, with its date, description and amount in separate columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it). The Mashreq UAE pages are under mashreq.com/en/uae, where NEO says “Subscribe to and view your e-Statements easily on Mashreq Online Banking”.

How it works

3 steps, in seconds

01

Download the statement

Get the statement for the period from Mashreq; if it comes as a PDF, that is the file to upload.

02

Upload it to ExtractPro

If the PDF is password-protected, enter the password and the file unlocks in your browser. The password never reaches our servers.

03

Download the Excel file

One transaction per row, with date, description and amount in separate columns (and the balance, when the statement shows it).
