How to download a YES BANK statement
YES BANK’s YES ONLINE FAQs: the Account Statement screen, the source account and period, the download icon, the 500-transaction ceiling, and the step to Excel.
YES BANK documents the account statement in YES ONLINE in a FAQ document for its internet banking. Below are the five steps it describes, the limit it sets on the number of transactions per statement, and what happens to the downloaded file in ExtractPro.
Source account and period
At the Account Statement screen, the FAQs say “Select the source account, and select period or date range filter. Enter the details and click on submit.” The download icon comes after that. Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on how many transactions a YES ONLINE statement holds?
Yes. The FAQs say “The account statement is available for a maximum of 500 transactions at one time.” Above that, “In case the number of transactions exceed 500 the report request will be registered and report can be downloaded from ‘report request’”.
Which format should I pick at the YES ONLINE download icon?
The FAQs offer two: “click and select the desirable formats CSV or PDF icons”. The last step above picks the PDF icon, and that file is the one to upload.
Can YES ONLINE email a consolidated statement?
Yes, under “Non-financial transaction”, through “Consolidated Email Statement”. The FAQs add “All your account statements also carry your Customer ID.”
