How to download an Alliance Bank e-statement
Alliance Bank e-statements on allianceonline: the account, the Month/Year period and the Download button, the 12 months on offer, and the step to Excel.
Alliance Bank puts its monthly e-statement inside allianceonline, where an account and a statement period are chosen before the file can be fetched. These are the four steps from the bank’s e-statement page, the months it keeps, and the path from that file to a workbook.
Account first, then Month/Year
The page tells you to “Select desired account, then to select Statement Period by “Month/Year””, a choice that comes after opening the e-statement menu and before pressing Download. Turning the period into a workbook
The conversion turns the period you chose into a workbook with one transaction to a row: the date first, then the description and the amount as a number. The balance follows when the statement shows it.
Compare the two before you file anything, entries with entries and the final balance with the bank’s figure. Upload it from the Alliance Bank page:

Frequently asked questions
How many past months does allianceonline offer?
The page answers “Yes, up to the past 12 months' statement will be made available to you with the option to download for your reference.” Anything older that you already hold is uploaded the same way.
What kind of document is an Alliance Bank e-statement?
Alliance Bank’s page describes it as “It is an electronic form of your monthly hardcopy statement prepared in a PDF document.” You bring that same document to ExtractPro, untouched.
Does the consolidated statement appear among Alliance Bank’s e-statements?
It does. The list on the page includes “Consolidated Statement” next to “Current Account Statement/Current Account-i Statement”, and the page lists them under the same e-statement service.
