Eighteen months, plus the annual statement for the previous financial year. Kotak describes the service as “Monthly & Annual Account Combined Statement : View / download your last 18 months’ statements including the Annual Combined Statement for the previous financial year consisting all your Current Account, Savings Account, Deposits and Investment balances”.
Can a Kotak statement for a chosen period be sent by email?
Yes, through a request: “Request for Account Statement for any period either on your preferred email ID (free of cost) or on your registered mailing address (chargeable)”, under “Banking> Service Requests> Account Statement”.
Is there a statement route in the Kotak811 app too?
Yes. Kotak’s help page has you “Log into the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App using CRN and MPIN”, then “Go to Statement”, “Tap on Consolidated Statement” and “Select Month and View”.
